1. APPLICATION SUBMISSION
Submit completed and signed application including checklist items and $100 application fee.
2. LOAN OFFICER REVIEW
a. Within 7-10 business days the submitted package is acknowledged and reviewed for missing items;
b. The Loan Officer will determine if the application qualifies for funding; and
c. The Loan officer completes the due diligence to determine if the request should be presented for committee approval.
3. INVESTMENT COMMITTEE
a. The funding request is submitted for approval to the Investment Committee;
b. Loan Approval: The borrower will be notified by the assigned loan officer and a commitment letter and term sheet will be mailed to the borrower for acceptance and signature; and
c. Loan Declination: The borrower will be notified by the assigned loan officer.
Upon receipt of the signed commitment letter and commitment fee, the borrower will be notified of the required documentation needed to close the loan.
Loan closing will be scheduled upon receipt and approval of ALL of the required documentation.
